Hello! I am doing a second play-through of ORAS and have fallen in love with the Peliper I have on my team. However, I came to realize that she can't learn Dive! This is incredibly disappointing to me as it would mean I would either have to replace them with an entirely new pokemon, or sit them out during large sections of the game.

So, I was hoping someone has a power-saver or something simular that would be able to edit my Peliper and teach her dive. I have a few shinies I can trade or I can pay in SP/Subeta items. Thank you!

I would not do this, as it could potentially get you and the power saver into trouble. You'd be better off finding another Pokemon to do this. I don't think that Pelipper would even be able to pass into the Bank to be put onto other games due to it learning Dive.
