Quest Item went Missing

At approx 5:45~5:48, I started a Library Quest (via Shinwa.) It asked for a "The Gate Keeper" which I promptly bought from this shop: https://subeta.net/user_shops.php/shop/763
When I went to turn the book in to the Library Quest, I get a mySQL error. I refreshed the page. The book I purchased is missing and the quest is incomplete.
I've bought another one and completed the quest, but I stopped here to report the site error/missing item.
Did it only happen the once? It may have been a site hiccup. You can file a ticket if you want to see about getting your item back but if it is a one time thing then there is not much to do.

It was a one time thing. I filed a ticket, but was told to report it to you guys.
I'm not worried about the item.

No worries! I can report it if you like but it is possible that I may get "if it is not happening anymore then it was probably just a hiccup."
