T8 Set and Scroll advice please?

So I haven't been battling a lot during the last year(s), since I've been generally pretty inactive... but I want to get back to it, and since I'm now selling all the stuff which I've been collecting for the hoarder achievement, I have a bit sP left to spend on weapons :,D
what I have now as standard set:

and some other low tier stuff.
I guess the phoenix quill, shinwas temple shard, deluxe death shard and the truth serum still work fine? But I'm not sure about the rest.
(I have a and too, I think I got them before the tier thing... and then I couldn't use them anymore :,D)

t8 can be difficult because some of the better weapons are way more expensive than they should be.

is good to have, this is probably cheaper to get by completing the 2012 bobblehead set, check that out.

is also nice to have, along with which are really expensive, no hurry to get those. I use them in tier 13 though. the soma tablets would replace the truth serum, as stealers aren't too handy for most battles. blasting proves much more useful.
you could try or even as another attacker, the harpoon is pretty good for t7, but it's pretty cheap so it might help out in tier 8.
your Malice isn't too bad really, you could throw that in your set too.
I probably would take the basalt blast, arctic braver, lucent barrier, and poisonous barrage scrolls out of your set. your terra focujin is good, or you could switch it for aftershocks scroll which is 7% heal but more offense and defense, it's probably the better scroll between those two in general but the upgrade isn't necessary. I'd pick up a few perilous whirlpool scrolls. they're cheap to make, and have a moderate freeze chance. Gelaspell scroll is nice to have too for good offense and a small freeze chance but infinite use. other than those, you can always put more fatal fire scrolls, cobalt eternal scrolls, and sancturia exodin scrolls in your set as long as you have room :)
