Hi! So I've decided to bring to life a fun idea for Sailor Moon fans like me!

I'm going to work with the amazing and commission someone to make Sailor Moon forehead moon marks- Yes, I know there are a couple private versions out there. But they were small batches and I can't touch them- and I'm one of the biggest Sailor Moon fans in the world xD I have loved Sailor Moon for probably over 15 years, spending every bit of allowance money on manga when I was in middle school, humming the haunting & beautiful soundtrack to the old anime everywhere I went, much to the chagrin of my brother (although the new Crystal is more enjoyable in every OTHER way), and of course writing fanfiction for close to 15 years! Will always, always love the characters. Am crushed to not be able to get any of the private releases, because honestly, who is a bigger fan than I? :P (and Galaxia!!)

So, I'm left with no choice but to make my own versions. Of course, I will have to make them a little different than what is already out there: half moon marks with a little decoration, like tiny pearls and wings and such. The hope is to make a slightly different one for each Sailor Scout eventually; but to start off with a Light and a Dark. Still figuring it out right now, and super excited to see what we come up with! It will take some time, this is the beginning stage.

I'm thinking of making several small batches- not private, but not unlimited either!

Would love to see who is interested in this kind of thing? How many Sailor Moon fans are out there? ^.^

This is much more of an interest post, as I haven't done CWs before and would be just as interested in an actual artist who could probably do it faster. :p But I for one am interested, of course.

LOL! Yup, actually :D

This is now a going project, with and I collaborating on the art. He might have it done in the next few days, life's vagaries permitting, and I'm working on the concept for the CI. So now interest becomes very relevant!

I will probably have two designs within the week, one with more pearls and one with only two, and hope that people are willing to check back.

Yep Gal sent me the PSD and I am going to work on getting the first draft of the forehead marking done soon. I AM moving today, so things are a tiny bit hectic. But I am a huge huge huge huge huge SM fan. Like huge. So when Gal asked, I was like...I will do all the things! :D I can do inanimate objects all day long. But people..I suck at LOL

I'm all for more moon markings. The more the merrier!

Btw just in case you don't know, I released a set of moon markings that were all public and had multiple batches so not all of the forehead moons onsite were private releases:

- 3 batches - 2 batches - 2 batches

Oh my goodness, that is fantastic! Didn't know there were some public ones, I will have to see if i can get my hands on any of yours, they are lovely! Can never have too many moon markings! :P
