Oh boy, hey guys!

So as a bit of a preface, I haven't been consistently on subeta for like a good year or two, so I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong place or if the content in general is dated.

I'm wondering if there is any real significant trans community around? I know that the easiest way to meet other trans people tends to be online, and it'd be fun to find some other trans people on subeta!

If not, is anyone interested in a dedicated trans forum thread or something like that? It wouldn't necessarily have to be purely about trans things, though that would obviously be the connecting thing?

Hello! I'm not trans, but I know that there's a thread from late last year discussing a trans NPC, and many of the comments were made by trans people. You could always personally message one of the respondents if you want a more informed answer.

You could also have a little look on the cults forum. There'll likely be a group dedicated to LGBT users and LGBT issues somewhere. Just make sure you don't post in any threads that have been dead for three months or longer. Alternatively, you can look at ping groups, though I'm not very knowledgeable about those.

Two of my best friends are trans (FtM and nb), so I understand the importance of having a community to interact with. If you can't find anything, please feel free to message me.

I honestly have no idea. I disappeared for quite a while and just came back a month ago. I also almost never posted before that.

I'd be interested in talking to other people, I know like one person that I talk to regularly, and he's not on subeta.

NB trans person here! While I don't know of a community/cult/forum thread like that, I'm also very interested in the idea. ❤️

One of you should definitely make a group for trans people to use. Maybe trans allies to, though I know that allies don't belong in safe spaces. I would do it myself, but I don't think I really have the right to. But the ping is currently available, so why not? :)

What do y'all think? I'd love to start up like a group or something, but between how long its been since I was on Subeta and my rl schedule, I'd be reluctant to do it alone.

From my understanding, creating a ping group is essentially making your own little forums relevant to the theme. Other people would join it and use the tag in the normal forums, use your themed forums, etc. It shouldn't be a huge undertaking, especially once you get a few more people to join you. Everything should roll along quite smoothly.

I could be wrong though because I don't use the ping groups very much.

I don't think ping groups need to be managed? I dunno. But I went ahead and joined your group , and if you're interested in making a cult I'd join that as well. Not sure how cults work, tbh. But I can try to help with it. I can try to be active on a forum post if you make one. Getting over some weird craziness I had about posting, so I might not be the most active person.
