Who else finds themselves spending far more time here than sleeping, or skipping sleep almost entirely at times over Subeta?
Whether or not you're used to being awake for days or just slip time to time on your sleep schedule, tell everyone about it~
I got my first job last Monday, which was making it difficult for me to sleep. Around last Thursday, I rediscovered Subeta. Needless to say, I'm suffering quite a bit from sleep deprivation now. I haven't been able to get to sleep until 6am some nights, just because I keep itching to check Subeta or because my body clock is messed up or because I'm nervous about work the next day.
But I'm hoping that this is more of a honeymoon phase and that, after a while, I'll be able to train my mind and body into sleeping properly. After all, Subeta isn't going anywhere.

Just get in a flow again with the quests, and do NOT be watching the shops constantly, and you'll be fine. Depends if you're a forum nut, though.... some folks can splurge post and be done with it, but I know some like the roleplayers get hung up on that for hooooooours at a time. XD
See, those aren't even the things that keep me here. I can't say that anything in particular does. I do post a lot on the forums, but I'm not a roleplayer and I'm not prone to getting stuck in conversations. Mostly I'm working on my collections, trying to get more sP through selling, and just... hanging out.
I've never been fast or savvy enough for restocking and the only quests I complete are Shinwa's, the Wizard's, and, after today, Quentin's. I'm hoping to find an area of the website to slide into again.

I game a lot, but between rounds or whatever, I'll often watch the Trades and any cheap deals going on. I often try to get every quest available out of the way. Sp gains are sp gains. I kiiiiiiiiinda work on collections. Whenever I have something I dont already have in collection storage, I'll just add it, but only sometimes will I splurge on whatever for more achievements. Only thing I did hunt hardcore for a while were books just to get some points for battle on my main 2 pets.
Oh my God! How do you find the time to sleep? How many many hours do you usually sleep a night, if you don't mind me asking? :)

Errrr... heh. Lately none. My sleeping patterns are whacked as is, so I often stay awake for 18-32 hours at a time, then sleep for anywhere from 3 to 12 hours. X3
That's no fun at all. I hope that your sleeping pattern evens out eventually, because it really is important. That's a little bit hypocritical coming from me, but you know what I mean. Make sure you stay hydrated, at least.

Sleep is not exactly easy to come for me. My body doesnt exactly need a whole lot of it either.. and when it does, it damn well makes it clear and gets said sleep. X3
Do you have any quirks specific to you? When you get super tired? Personally, when I get too tired, I start to sweat and have weird temperature fluctuations. I also have a tendency of acting like I'm drunk, which is odd because I don't actually drink alcohol.

Usually very little changes about me besides the growing dreariness and laziness. I just kinda laze around and do what I normally do. When Im like, 10 to 30 minutes away from literally passing out, I just tend to curl up and daze until I drift off. X3
That's not good! That sounds like a pain in the butt. If I did that, I'd probably be delirious and confused, but we're different people. The human brain is weird, huh?
I've always liked the statement that you need to pretend to be asleep, in order to actually sleep.

Oh, I'll tell you something that helped me recently. Last night, specifically. I wasn't ready to go to bed, despite it being 3am, but I laid down and started counting, because I was bored. I got to forty and realised that I couldn't remember the rest of the numbers, then I was unconscious. I now know what they mean about counting sheep.

I try that time to time but its often hit or miss. Just something to help maintain a steady calm focus when trying to relax to drift off.
I usually just lay there and relax for a while if I just feel as if I should take a nap. if it happens, it happens. X3
