ma and my friend kallisto a lot of the time get multiple copies of a comment reply, we just send 1 reply but the other one gets a bunch of copies

when I post the comment on this page she gets just 1 https://subeta.net/users/Kallisto I tested and sending the comment from her profile page works fine and she only gets 1 copy but when I reply to one in profile comments she gets a bunch for some reason

Do you exit out a lot before you comment? For instance, clicking 'reply' and then 'close' from the pop up comment box, then clicking 'reply' again, etc. without refreshing the page? It will replicate your comment as many times over as you clicked 'reply.'

nope, I mouse over personal, click on profile comments, click reply on the top one, type my message then click on the send reply button then usually go back to the dashboard, sometimes I make an other reply but that is a new message.

I was about to make a post about this because I've been having the same issue since I joined in July, but I saw this thread. I'm using Chrome in Windows 10.

It doesn't always duplicate, and that's the weird thing. I don't notice if it does unless I go to the other person's page, or unless I click the 'P2P' link on the Profile Comments page.

I've also been sending and receiving duplicates. Although, I very well could be hitting reply, typing, changing my mind and exiting the pop-up comment box, going to another tab to continue something else, and then coming back and hitting reply again on the same un-refreshed page before sending. I'll be sure not to do that anymore and see if the duplicates stop for me.
