Wardrobe not saving ~

I am not able to save my HA. When I click on the save avatar button, I am receiving Save Failed and also this message:

You do not have itemID 189081

Honestly, I do not know which item the itemID number is trying to identify, as I do have all items in my wardrobe that I am trying to use ~ :( ~

If you google "Item ID (put number here) subeta" it should come up on subetalodge. Looks like everything is working now. Can you confirm?
