She stopped giving out bird requests when the snowman contest began and she's never started up again. Her image is in Peka Glade, but there's no link. Will she ever come back or has the bug lady on the beach replaced her?

It's not a site issue; she was only around for one month or so, just like this new person is at Delphi Beach. I'm assuming she'll be back later this year.
