Shoutbox not loading.

The shoutbox suddenly stopped loading for me and it hasn't loaded for some other people like and for part of the day. I'm on chrome windows 10. I've tried refreshing and going to different pages.

I'm on Chrome Windows 7, have the same problem.

I'm using FireFox and have refreshed and changed pages a bunch, and No SB. Crazy :P
Not happy that it's happening to others, but glad I'm not the only one. It started around 7 this morning, the SB wouldn't register my posts until I changed a page, and then after a bit it just wouldn't load. I'm using chrome on my Android.
I'm using Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, and I am also having the same issue.
