Hi, sorry if this is somewhere else, but I looked and couldn't find it.

Over the past week, I have not received events for having shop purchases, even though there's sP in the till when I look, and there are purchases listed in the shop page itself.

Right after viewing the shop, sometimes an event will pop up, but only one, and not again for a long time despite purchases happening.

So, not a huge deal, but definitely a function issue.

It's a setting. Go to 'Edit Shop' and turn 'Receive Events' on.

I have 'Receive Events' on in both of my shops and I'm not getting events for items sales either, though.

I delete them as soon as they come up now (because of the 10x per shop ping that was happening originally), but now I notice when I autoprice I'll get 1 or 2 events, which I delete - and then I get offline for the night. When I come back the next morning I have no events, but a few million in each till...

They're fussy and only show up sometimes.

Yep. Can confirm. Had no shop events when I logged in today. I too have the alert enabled, and was in fact getting alerts before. Using Safari.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, the option to receive events has been on, which is why I get them sometimes, I guess.

But as said, I'm having the same issue. I autoprice and get an event right away, then I'm offline for several hours or so, and no events, but sP in the till. Again, it's not a huge thing, but definitely happening.

that... doesn't make sense. I collected my till yesterday, logged off. Come on today, had no event telling me I had SP in my till. I don't know what going to my shop page has to do with anything, unless your saying that we're going to have to just check our tills on our own every day now? Because I collected my SP from earlier, and I'm assuming this is what you mean by visiting the page to reset it, and just now I checked and

No alerts.

Annnd now here's an alert that was apparently triggered by me visiting my shop till. This is the opposite of how it's supposed to work, is it not? Why would I need an alert telling me there's $$ in there AFTER I already went there?

Alerts seem to be working for me, now?... Interesting.

No alert today either. This is not "fixed" nor is it "working as intended".

FWIW, I have an alert right now, but I collected earlier today, with no alert from the purchases made last night/this morning when I was sleeping.
