I would like to have a custom pet, and awesome pet profile but I don't know how to go about it. I could pay whatever the going rate is, but I just have no clue as to how I would go about this. I have an idea about what I want. Obviously, I have no clue about coding whatsoever, so there is no way I will be able to do this myself. Can someone walk through this with me, and assist me with how to get all of this done? Sorry if this seems like a big ask, I just have no idea who to ask at this stage.

If you plan on commissioning art and a profile, I'd suggest getting the art done first. In this forum you can find all sorts of art shops. You can find an artist you like and see if they have slots open, and if they don't you can join their ping groups.

To commission a pet profile you can find shops in this forum. I don't have a board, but I do pet profiles sometimes too. There are also boards in the freebie section sometimes for pet profiles.
