Hi everyone! I'm new around here, I think. Or maybe I'm returning? I remember several years ago (like, ten years ago) I had a Subeta account (?). And then I believe that one of the forums I frequented actually got merged with Subeta, so I might be a double old member. Man, I feel old.

Anyhow, Elswyth is what I go by. I like creepy things. My avatar is probably going to slowly look more like me as time goes on, but right now it's pretty close. It's a pleasure to meet you all. :)

Welcome! I think you'll get a kick out of some of the new features on this site; during February you can get and keep zombie skins and in October you can zap your HA (human avatar) and get cool skins from there as well. Zombie Skins & Zapper Skins

The event currently happening is Vesnali (Easter) thus the floating flowers. You can give flowers to other users in exchange for a Vesnali coin when you can spend here: Esther's

Quests are a good way to make up sP (avoid Carl and Saggitarius for now until you learn the ropes, as they tend to send you to look for highly expensive items; with Saggitarius sometimes the rewards are better than what you spent but that's never really the case with Carl). Major Drills send you out to do things rather than find items for him, sometimes the errands are pretty hard, so I just tend to avoid him but each to their own (he does give out good prizes on occasion); Battle Quests, pretty self-explanatory - fight the opponent chosen.

Floating items: right now there are flowers (as I mentioned earlier) but on rare occasions you'll get a which can be redeemed to buy rare clothes or read to your pet (I prefer the clothes/makeup).

Cults are groups that can help with meeting new people or getting the achievements; I suggest Lairbears, then again I'm biased ;)

Oh, before I forget, sometimes you might get an event for a)the blue building from a bumble - there's no rush to get there, take your time, b)tempest wants to play, if you accept you get a "Shock of Lightning" item or (very rare) a storm potion. c)lizard minions - you can buy the trap in the Millionaire Centre in Centropolis (but it's a lot of sP so you don't have to rush for this either).
