- pending where? I agree we should remove group members who are not yet accepted in the forum. But what do we do with people we've just added as pending in the Master List? Sometimes, I don't get to them before they're offline, so I think they should get a day or two to respond back. Maybe we should put the day on the pending list the first time we add someone at the start of a new day, so we can track this?

Perhaps a post to all one strike offenders that they will be removed if we don't see a change by midnight Thursday Subeta time??

I agree with the last - a ping to read the rules with a time when they have to post in the rules thread.

I meant pending from before we went invite only. Newly added members should get time. Putting the day is a good idea. I've pinged the rules twice already and these are old members except curbdirt I believe. I think 2 strikers out. Kiaarra we can talk to though since they are obviously testing.no one else from 2 strikers posts anywhere.

Scoured winning threads old and new. Updated info on users. I believe we should definitely boot the 2 strikers.

We'll keep this list. If they ask tell them why, if not then no. If they harass admins, admins block them. 1 chance to rejoin, but with 1 strike with warning then second strike forever banned.

I think we keep their last items tested post (if there is one) at least until someone else posts that they have tested those pages. We probably need to change it to another color though (red?) to help us keep track.

- all of the members I added recently are at the bottom of the pending list on the new master list, so you don't need to look for those. Was anyone else adding members recently besides you? I didn't notice any, but I'll try to read the public forum thread back for the last two days and check just in case.

One question - I got a profile comment from one member who apparently felt somewhat intimidated by how the pinging/sharing responsibilities idea was brought up. We need to let people know that they are encouraged to coordinate, but they don't HAVE to and no users should be told that their testing work was bad and/or wasted because someone else also tested. It creates an unwelcome atmosphere and, after all, a weapon reset can occur at any time so no test is wasted. I'm glad we agreed with his suggestion, but should one of us have a quick chat with Aloysius about his interactions with other members? That's also part of our rules. I know he's doing a lot of work and has taken on frequent testing of five pages, but not everyone is going to want to work with him or keep to a set schedule.

Ah yes. When we push the masterlist we suggest it but say it is not required. No one is obligated to cater to another person. Speaking to Aloysius about toning it down would be a good idea, especially if people are feeling intimidated and are contacting admins.

You might be better since the person contacted you. sMail is best yes if they're sMail is open. If it's not then there's no choice... So copy your text in case it's not and you have to comment.
