I am trying to make a purchase from the user shops, it is for IH. However, no matter what shop I click on, I keep receiving this message:

I was finally able to purchase one. I tried to complete the quest, then it said I did not have that item. I then went to my inventory, and it was not there. What's going on?

[-Guru] if it's not a big deal then that's good :) hopefully it doesn't happen again :x it very well could have been a short lived problem because one of the programmers pushed a change and it caused a problem, but it was quickly fixed or something.

it's strange you're having problems but I am not :X maybe I haven't encountered the right item yet.

Can't buy from shops. Was able to do Shinwa awhile ago but then moved on to Wizard and now I can't buy anything. THANKS FOR TAKING MY WIZ COINS!!! 😠

Edit: Temp working now. Not going to attempt Wizard for awhile. -_-

I'm experiencing the same issue with . Waiting for one to restock, since I can't buy it from shops. .___.

I'm getting this error as well. And I'm on quests. This needs to be looked into, ASAP.

edit: Also, if we can't purchase from other's shops, that means people also can't purchase from ours.

I just found that Esther had not taken my coins when I tried to turn them in so instead of getting the error that my inventory was full, I just kept getting that experiment pet error. After several minutes and trying different people's quests, one finally told me that my inventory was full and that's when I realized that my coins had never been turned in. 😞
That was annoying but hopefully it was the only cause.

Add me to the list of people getting this error. I'm trying to purchase for the Oracle and it won't let me buy it from any shop. Screenshot of what it looks like when I attempt a purchase:

[edit]After reading the above response, I realized that my inventory was full. I cleared it out and attempted the purchase again. This time it worked. I'm going to assume that a full inventory was the issue.

I'm trying to do Shinwa and I'm getting that too. I have a Wiz buff and I can't get through. This is so annoying!
