This was an issue during New Years, Pandemic, Masquerade, and again now during Vesnali.

I appreciate that we have several years available to us for these shops (Louis' shop, Esther's shop, The Menagerie, Libertine Lounge, NY Shop, Skitter's Den) - the fact that all of the years load when you open them is terrible. I have to wait several minutes (even with high-speed internet) for a shop to load, in the meantime, I cannot load /any/ other webpage because the shop is using so much of my connection to load every single item.

I think it would be better if tabs did not load until you clicked them, or if they were created as separate pages with linked tabs throughout. I get that the new design looks nicer this way, but functionally it's a mess =/

take a look at this thread. this will eventually get fixed but it's low priority. this is why they retired 2012 in the menagerie though, and they probably need to retire more in other shops.

With all the work they're putting in to reduce stress on the site loading, you'd think this would be a priority too though. It's definitely causing major lag issues, especially during events when the shops are loaded with more frequency.

I think it's more strain on your browser, not on the servers. If it were causing the servers to act up I'd think it would be a bigger priority too.

Agree with kbbob. I don't have this issue at all.
