Her quest was just for last year. The page for tea is down for that reason (it's giving you an error message). :)
I'm working on stopping the event where she requests help though.

As of 5:12pm, you shouldn't get the quest anymore! If you do let me know please <3
Ah, I was hoping we could sneak some tokens that way still :P Thanks for letting me know, and so far I haven't seen any more quests so I guess you can go ahead and lock as resolved? :D

I just got the quest notification pop-up when I handed in my coins (1:40pm April 28th) - it took me to the page that says "Thanks so much for all of your help! Emma loved our Afternoon Tea."

Same happened for me as well, about a minute ago as I was giving a flower. Just a heads up!
