When you click the little heart, it means you like or 'love' the persons HA! (:

and the numbers that show up when i hover over it?

I'm not ENTIRELY sure, but I think that may be like_(your user number). I'm not positive though.

Yup, the number that appears is your User ID number.

Also, you can see how many likes you've had today and overall under Site Prefs.
