Hello there! I'm writing this because this has been happening to me since Wednesday now. I'm not too sure if it's happening for anyone else, so I figured I would create a forum and figure out if anyone else has any answers, or is in the same boat as myself. First, I will start off by mentioning that my shops both have a ⚠ beside them. I have no idea on how to get rid of them, so please... any answer would be lovely to help fix my issue.

So my currently situation, is that I am unable to stock my shop and gallery, let alone see my shops listed when I click 'Your Shops'. I attempt the Quick Stock, but it will not allow me to enter anything into any of my shops, When I access the page giving me the different options as to where I can store it, it shows me every option except 'move to shop'. I'm confused..

There is no 'move to shop' option and I have no idea why.

I am able to access my shop and my gallery; I know they exist: My Shop and My Gallery ... but I am unable to do anything. When I roll onto the 'create a shop' page, it even tells me that no shops exist, and I'm worried because I've got items in my gallery that I've worked hard to get, and many items in my shop. Is it a matter of creating a new shop, or will that make my others disappear? I'm looking for an answer! 😄

you should read this guide!

the shops were overhauled and moved to a new system, so you will want to transfer your items from the old shops to new ones. you can leave them in your old shops and galleries, but after the 24th I believe, no one can buy from the old shops, and I don't think anyone else can see the old galleries. if you need any help, just ping or comment me, and I'll try to help answer any questions you have :)

Thank you so much for redirecting me to the forum, it helps out a lot! :) However; I am struggling a bit. I'm doing as the 'transfer shop til' photos show, but I am unable to do so. Is there an alternative way to doing this process?

You can only transfer your till if you have sP in it and you have created a new shop. If the achievement isn't a big deal to you, you can just collect the sP in your till :p I haven't seen anyone having those problems though. Do you have a new shop created and are you on the shop till page in your old shop?

Yes and yes. I created a gallery and a shop, and I have been trying to transfer my till from the old shop to the new shop I created. If I am unable to transfer it becaue there is no money there; then I am not too worried. It's just a shame, is all.

Well it would just transfer the money in the till of your old shop to the new shop, not any of the items or sales info. This was just done for people currently trying for the shop till saver achievement. :)
