Un-hoarding? More like achievement loading! Never in a million years could I have imagined I owned so many items in my hoard that could result in gaining so many achievements!

I haven't been an active Subeta user for several months. When I accessed the site all I would often do is buy some garbage from main shops and stuff it in my hoard. Why? Because the art was pretty, because hoarding. I've spent so much time on Subeta over the past week and have never felt more accomplished in my 8 years here. All thanks to shop/gallery limits.

I've gone from less than 50 plushies in my collection to 1,010. From less than 10 beanbags to 496. My pet December has now read over 550 books. And I still have over 11,000 items to clear out. Lordy.

Are you all making the most of these changes??

My collections are pretty big already. When i buy plushies i tend to buy 2 at a time, one for my gallery and one for my collection.

For me there hasn't been a change other than moving so much stuffs haha... xD

Hahah no kidding, your collections are huge! I would often buy doubles of cheaper items, but never anything pricey. And because I'm super stingy anything over 10k was pricey xD.

What are your general thoughts about the whole change?

Well i'm still not completely for it. Not just because of the hassle of moving things but because the staff tried to say it was in the works for a year via the forums. I felt that was insulting because its not a major hang out for lots of people and a news post or 2 would have been appreciated.

I admit though that i've grown to like how speedy the loading has become for the new shops. It seems like it really did change things for the better. c:

Totally understand! I personally saw many of the forum "warnings" made by staff, but I certainly feel for those that didn't see or hear anything about the potential changes. I guess what stuns me is the insane backlash from the ever-salty community :/.

I feel like I've found a significant increase in load times already too - it's great!

I had the same thing happen to me when I started working on achievements - I was pulling SO MUCH out of my vault and shop that I wasn't even aware I had! Or... that I didn't know would be useful to me LOL

Hahah it's like "I'm gonna buy all this stuff and shove it somewhere that no one will look, but just in case they do it's all there and when I need it I can remove items by category!". I never would have guessed I had so much useful stuff xD.

To be fair I sold a good portion of it via the forums anyway so the number went down real fast XD
