Remove all button not working in my galleries.....???

are you using the new or Legacy shops? I just tried it on my new gallery and it worked fine. (using firefox.)

The all button doesn't just remove everything. What it does is max out the numbers on the item...so if you had 15 vesnali antlephore plushies in your shop, it will mark 15 of those to be removed. You still have to go to the bottom and tell it where you want it moved.

Are you on mobile? Some people have been reporting a problem with that. If not, what browser are you using and do you have any addons?

not on mobile, using Safari, no add-ons that I know of ;)

Someone posted recently that on Safari it doesn't change the numbers, but it'll still remove all if you click to move the items at the bottom.

You're welcome! I'm glad it worked since I'm not sure where I saw that and I don't use Safari myself xD
pretty sure it was me in one of the other threads in here! i'm just glad i'm not the only one having a problem with the old shops and safari; i thought maybe i was having strange computer errors again, hah
