I'm in between jobs at the moment and have a lot of time on my hands when not writing job apps. As such, time to try new recipes! I'm an absolute cooking nut so really happy to experiment.
I'll share my recent one - tried a super easy 3 ingredient Nutella brownie from a Buzzfeed video - guaranteed to win some new friends lols.
Literally mix everything together, stick it into a square baking tray, and bake for around 20-25 mins until skewer comes out clean.
Fudgy as heck and goes well with raspberries!
Hit me up with your favourite recipes?
World Peace Cookies - my absolute favorite recipe ever. Loooove these cookies!
I'm a bit of a health nut and this is my favorite mix...
Kale Collard Greens Spinach Broccoli Cauliflower Mushrooms
Sauté with nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder. Add a pinch of salt if desired. It's absolutely delicious!
wow that looks like a mean chewy cookie! Will give this a crack sometime!
great combo there! I can see a couple of super foods there too - this is really clean eating. Do you think smoked paprika and pepper will be an okay substitute for onion powder? Can I also ask what benefits nutritional yeast has? Also. ZOOTOPIA! :D
I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I pretty much make all of my own food - although I'm lazy/uninspired now and tend to just eat plain fruits and veggies all day every day. But I enjoy looking at recipes and fixing more elaborate things for family and friends! Here's a few:
Maple Cayenne Roasted Brussels Sprouts - vegan, GF Baked Okra Fries - vegan, GF Banana Pomegranate Muffins - vegan, can use all purpose GF flour Buckwheat Pancakes - GF, can be dairy-free Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie - vegan, GF Pecan Pie Bars - vegan, paleo, GF Sugar Cookies - vegan, GF Chamomile Cookies - vegan, GF
I could keep posting random recipes but instead, I'll say if you have an ingredient you need to use, let me know and I can probably hook you up with a recipe I've either used or found from a source that I really like!

Sorry for the insanely late reply, my life is chaos. ;n; Hmm, I'd actually be curious to try it with paprika and pepper! It'd give it a different taste for sure but different isn't bad. I'd say go for it, you might create a new favorite dish. :D
Nutritional yeast (or "nooch" as it's affectionately known) is packed with health benefits. For starters it's a great source of essential amino acids and a complete protein source while being both low calorie and low glycemic. It's packed full of B vitamins and minerals including magnesium and zinc. Great for blood sugar and overall health, plus it's delicious!
Those look absolutely amazing...especially the banana pomegranate muffins and pecan pie bars omg! I need those in my life right. now. XD I attend a monthly vegan potluck and I'm excited to try a few of these recipes. Thanks for sharing! ^.^
I haven't done any baking in a while. Must make something again soon! >w<
One thing I love to make is Welsh Cakes. They're really easy, and soooo good when freshly cooked. ^-^
