I currently have over 15 mil in my shop till but I cant unlock any of the shop till saver tiers. It's showing 0/100,000 Tried switching the til to the new version of the shops but still no achievemnt

I am also having this issue, and in fact cannot see the achievement on the achievements page without directly following the link from the News update.
