We've all been there- you're debating on adding this ugly plush or this incredibly rare beanbag because where will you see it? Will it just be lost in the wave of all of your other lumped-together collectibles? How will people know that YOU know that Lovely Dino Couple is the best plushie in the world?

I propose that we have a 'Favorite' portion above the general collections of our items, perhaps 10-20 slots... possibly with the ability to get more slots, like with the MKB, although I personally think it would be nice to HAVE to choose no more than that amount and really decide what your favorites are.

I also mentioned favorite books, which leads me to my second idea- Personal Library! This would function in the same manner as plushies and beanbags, with the same 'add to library' option prompt when purchasing or looking at a book in your inventory. However, perhaps these can be removed or organized in some way, or have some information about which of your pets has read a book? There's a lot to work with here. A lot of users already hoard books in galleries and this might take some of the load out of user shops.

Food and drinks could honestly end up the same way: Pantry and Drink Tray. But it seems like that might be a little overkill.

Oh my god, so much yes to this idea! I love how it's a happy medium between being able to sort our collections (which would be ridic for people with thousands of items in there), and no method of sorting at all. I'd love if it the first half page or so could be favourites.

I don't agree with being able to remove books from a 'library' though, collections should remain as collections without stuff coming out of them :).

Oh, this is such a cute idea! Some collection items are too expensive to justify buying an extra for a gallery or TC when you already need to put one in the collection. Yes pretty please <3

You are right, the Lonely Dino Pair Plushie IS the best plushie and we should all have the chance to put that front and center in our collections. I love this idea personally!

I really like this idea. It would bring some more curation and thought into the basic collections, instead of just "hey, it's a plushie, I'll shove it in the plushie collection" thing.

Instead of a separate library though, I'd rather have a "my favorite 5 (or 10 or somehing) books" section for each pet, on top of the books read list. That would be a kind of cross between the current book list and TC ^^

I would like the "library" idea to just be an option to sort books your pet has read to show at the top--another collection is unnecessary for those, but personally, my book reading pet is named Academic and it would be cool to be able to put his "most enjoyed" books (or maybe "personal favorites") at the top, instead of having to buy two and putting one in the TC and reading the other.

That's what I was trying to say above (rather badly, I have to say now that I've re-read my comment :))

It'd be great if we could pick, say, 5 favorites out of all books read to each pet, and they'd be displayed on top of the page. The same could be done with foods as well (and toys, if they'll start appearing in a list too). I think it would be a nice way to show the pet's personality, in addition to TCs.

Although I agree with the no separate collections for books and foods, but I do think it would be nice to have the favorite system work across all of the collections (particularly plushies, beanbags, and trading cards). Stickers are already kind of that way since you can organize them however you want.

I do like what and suggested with books and foods for individual pets, because yeah it would get to be a bit much having to buy multiples for your pets and for another collection.

I like your take on the library a lot! I also have a book pet, and it would be nice to pull from the collection of more expensive books that she's read so that I wouldn't have to worry about purchasing a second one. It would also make me a lot happier to read her one of the more exorbitantly expensive books instead of keeping them all in a gallery!

Yeah! So far I have neglected to read many expensive books to my pet unless I happen to RS them, because I'd rather be able to see them in a gallery (or it just seems like a waste to read them all those expensive books!)...and some of the books have great item descriptions which would be fun to highlight, and some of them are from the Reading Drive store that are based on real books which I personally enjoy. So, a 'Personal Library' section would be awesome, and who knows, maybe the other books read could have been "loaned out from alexander" or "borrowed from the library" or something!
