If you want a pet to have a food gallery, it'd be nice to be able to delete specific things ~ especially the adopted ones, as you can't control what they were fed.
We need this! I support this suggestion!! I sometimes give food to the wrong pet who I want only to give particular kind of foods. I would like to delete option!
Support! Can we have this for books read too?
Interesting suggestion, I don't see the harm in it. As long as it wouldn't interfere unexpectedly with the food/book related achievements (like double awarding if you delete, then refeed/reread) since some of those achievements award items. That might not even be an issue though with how achievements are set up.
I would like this. I have a pet who I decided to make vegetarian, but I know I fed him some meat items when I first joined.
I support this as well! ^^ It makes more sense reading other peoples things about their stories or adopting them and not having the choice of what they were fed previously.

I don't know, logically it doesn't really make sense. How could you un-feed or un-read a book to a pet?
Does it have to make sense? I understand your concerns with that, but I mean, we are talking about lines of code here. :P But anyway, if it'd be too illogical to un-read or un-feed a book/food, perhaps call the food eaten/books read pages "[Pet's] Favorite Food Log" or "[Pet's] Library." Taking a book out of a library makes sense, though the food one is a little bit of a stretch on my end. That way people can customize those pages to better reflect the pet's personality, while still providing a sort of wave-of-the-hand explanation.
My concern with the library idea would be that users might get confused and think removing a book from a pet's library brings it back as an item they can use, but that could be remedied with a simple warning on the "remove books" page or whatever.
For books read it could just be a 'hidden' option, to avoid messing with intelligence (and leave a 'x # hidden' stat on the page if that's important for some reason - I don't personally see it but I might be overlooking something).
That could/would honestly be fine for foods too, imo, to not mess with potentially having to unreward achievements/having separate code.
Edit: Or public v private etc. Whatever wording/toggle works best.
I've been wanting this option for food AND books for a long time! I'm surprised to see that others do, but I would be thrilled if this became an actual thing.
