I don't think I've ever used the delete button, and I know there are achievements for deleting specific items, but what about tiered achievements for deleting (any) items? It would help remove cheap items from the site.
That's actually a very nice idea! Support :D
I don't know. I'm more for a fragmentize achievement, or maybe both?
Oh, a fragmentizing achievement would be really good. I hadn't thought of that.
This could be quite dangerous and drive up the price on a lot of common items. Where some items should be worth 200sP, they'll suddenly cost 10 000sP, matching items that are worth 10 000sP normally. Nobody is going to buy the 10 000sP items when there are always cheaper alternatives. It'd throw things off balance.

Yeah, I see what you mean.
I like that the Major Drills quest to delete Free Beer became 'delete any item' instead. I think that's a better solution.
delete 1k pumpkins was a nightmare, so no, I don't like those kind of achievements.. it's repeatable, money wasting on nothing (I can't even call it a sink) and a waste of time, I don't see how it's an achievement to delete items..
Why "should" the items be worth 200 sP? If they cost 10k and stay at 10k then they're "worth" 10k. The market determines the price.
I don't mind more achievements for deleting items since we already have the pumpkin one. :)
I think I'd just prefer a button you press that takes sP away and gives you an achievement like Keith said he'd make if we wanted it. deleting items is tedious
There's already (sort of) an achievement for fragging items - Crystal Collector 😊
Something like the sP Smelter at the Recycling Center?
Yeah but it just takes away sP and doesn't give you any reward, just achievements at a certain level.
Items that are common and restock often. It wouldn't be a matter of one item suddenly being 10 000sP and being worth more. It'd be a matter of all items being worth 10 000sP or more. All of the prices of Subeta would inflate and sP would suddenly be worth less, if that makes sense. I never did understand economies.

It still all comes down to what the market price ends up being, which is determined by the users (and sometimes staff when they step in and buy up items to take them out of circulation). No item really has a set worth; something that's 1,500 sP in the main shops can be 500 sP in user shops or 25k. Common items aren't "worth" 200 sP, they're worth whatever they end up being on the market which changes all the time.
There are many thousands of common items out there so I wouldn't really worry about the prices shooting up too high, especially if the achievement was for particular items and not every common item.
