im gonna be picky. this thread will remain open indefinitely and i will ONLY adopt out the following pets to someone that blows me away. bottom line is i dont really care about this site much anymore, and i know a few of these are hella nice names and maybe someone can blow me away with an app for them
dont ask for vertigo, he is my battle pet and wont leave me til i quit the site completely

i want full applications - what you would do with them, story ideas, tc ideas, etc. design ideas are bonus points. you can change their species, colour, gender, etc. you cannot keep the character as is, keep any of their art, items, minions, stories or profiles if you would like to transfer the name onto an existing pet, thats fine you just have to supply all the csc

Rue is a name I've loved for years, I might be back if I can think of something substantial
I'm fairly interested in Esha, I'll be back with more ideas about her.

Okay, so I don't CURRENTLY have any room but getting another pet slot shouldn't be too difficult. If the site would stop crashing anyway.
BUT; My idea for Esha would be more fantasy based, especially tied in with numerology. She would be either an apprentice wizard or a genie trapped in a bottle, who only has free time every 121 years, and only from 11:11 AM to 11:11 PM on the 11th or 21st day of a month. The wishes granted have to be phrased exactly, because genies don't take figurative language into account.
Esha would have a Saheric/Arabic theme TC, with lots of Lamps. My currently finished pet is Alymere, who is a spotlight winner and I do have ideas for all of my pets, I just haven't found the spare time to work on them all. Kayii is also done, though her story is in editing atm.

• Idea for Rue •
For Rue I had the idea to make her a reborn Kanis and buy her a custom overlay of a kangaroo.
I'm planning to make a few pets that represent one continent each. I already have Masai, a giraffe, who represents Africa.
With rue, I would like to write a story about a pack/group of kangaroos that is being hunted. She's a baby, she can walk for herself but still likes to be carried around by her mom. While others are slaughtered for meat and hide, she and her mom and others end up in fighting pits. She sees her mom returning every night, completely beaten. In the end they are captured and released in a national park.

General About Me:
You aren't going to see any completed pet pages because I've just joined and found myself insanely busy once I joined. I run a dog rescue and have been dealing with two major situations: a stolen dog and a puppy that almost died in my arms. She is doing well now and thriving, my stolen dog is still stolen. I've been running myself ragged trying to coordinate an emergency fundraiser event. Once that's done, I'll be able to get my page and all of my pet pages in order.
I am an artist myself, and will be doing a lot of the art. You can see some older examples at my DA, spiffysugie Old examples are because I haven't had a laptop in a few years, and am only just coming back online!
For Rue:
I used to have a Catahoula Leopard Dog mix named Roulette. Her nickname was always Rue. She was a bright, energetic dog that was so well-trained and responsive, social, and just a happy dog overall. She was excellent off-leash. I'd make Rue into a recreation of Roulette, I'd be happy to draw endless art for her and make her a beautiful page based off of a background of flower fields with maybe her description box in a little farmhouse. I'd roleplay her too, I'm a huge fan of roleplaying dogs. Luckily my best friend could put these wonderful graphics together for me, I'd be happy to show you once it's done.
Her TC would likely consist of flower and farm items, maybe some sheep items. Rue is a farm dog at heart. She's an incredible herder. In fact, the first time rl Rue ever tried her paw at herding, she naturally lined up the sheep facing the same direction all by herself. It was really incredible. They were in a completely straight line!
I am thinking of making Rue a Glade Telenine or Glade Kumos, but I would give her my own custom appearance to look exactly as she was naturally, with my own Disney-style cartoon spin of course :P Her story would be of her escaping the city life to live on the most beautiful pasture of a cozy cottage-style farmhouse. She still visits the city and her friends, though, particularly the beach town where she grew up and enjoys causing mischief, like stealing pizza from the local corner fast food hut.
The name is inspiring, sentimental, and I hope I am considered despite my current unavailability to complete any pages due to real life issues!
EDIT: Got my tablet working today, was able to draw and upload a picture of my pet Jolia! Pages are all WIPs, but they're on their way! Jolia's new photo, drawn by me
Oh fudgecakes!! I've been stalking Nina for years, as it's what I called my dearly departed grandma. And Rue is what we almost named our baby girl we tried 7 years for, who was stillborn, so I'd love to own it. So they're both extremely personal names for me. I'm sure I wouldn't even be considered, though, because there isn't much to my current pets (besides RosieFrances and Soulless, who is a WIP). Unlike the majority of the creative folks here, I have very little imagination and writing ability. They would just have mostly intimate, "home-made", "memorial" profiles like my pet RosieFrances (my little girl).

Not here to apply; just wanted to say that I'm really sad to see that you're letting go of Esha and Nina! Out of all the lovely stories you wrote, I loved theirs the best. :)
