Make Cinthia A Toy Quest Again

On the Pina Park map her quests are still labelled - Toy Collector. When you go to do her quests she says -

Hi! I&;m Cinthia, who are you? Do you have any candy? I just LOVE candy. And TOYS! Toys are the best! Toys AND candy are the best! But then I eat the candy and it&;s all gone which makes me sad which is why toys really are the best. Someday I&;m going to have the biggest collection of toys EVER!
There's not much use for toys now that Melman no longer has his quest so Cinthia asking for them again would give them some value.
On the other hand, if staff have no interest in doing this, could the label on the Pina Park map and her greeting to questers be changed?
