I'm so excited haha. I got my friend to join up and I got her started off with her own pet (she already made one, but she really wanted a Darkmatter Feli) so I morphed one for her. :') She's so happy.

Have you guys convinced any of your friends to join?

Actually a friend of mine asked me and another friend to sign up -checks my sign up date- about 5 years ago. I signed up pretty quickly and one of my friend's friends gave me a Bloodred Torrey elixir, which I still have locked in my inventory lol

I do love the Bloodred Torrey, but I'm not sure when I'll get one so it's just sitting there chilling and waiting for me when I'm ready I guess XD

Unfortunately, that friend no longer plays it seems and it's a bit of a shame.

I have gotten a couple other people to sign up, but they don't sign in anymore/do much with their accounts.

I could convince a lot of internet friends to join when the site we met on got closed.

None of them stayed though, sadly, as they were only interested in human avatars. The whole pet thing turned them to another avatar-only site.

In real life I never met someone who would be remotely interested in joining sites like these.

Actually yeah. I haven't met very many people IRL who are at all interested in pet sites anymore. They were definitely a huge fad 1995-2007ish, and I would say it's been a steady slow decline since. :( Sad.

My friend got me to sign up, but unfortunately I don't have too many friends so I haven't got anyone except my bf to sign up and he very rarely plays haha
