I am not sure, if it is a bug or I am just out of luck. But I have only seen Boudewijn a single time on my first day. Is he still around at all? I remember getting challenged fairly often last year.

Pretty sure he's just rarer this year, I've gotten challenged at least 10 times this year, including today two or three times
