Can we get some better backpacks? Like actually on the back?

is the best looking, normal looking backpack on site, and... it's not on the back. It's in the hand.

We got these pretty nice Hiking Backpacks but I'm thinking more of... a regular backpack. Something that you would take to school.

So then we have the subeta-themed backpacks. They're all pretty... Um. In need of help.

And finally we have the closest thing to what I'm seeking. And it's pretty old and bad as well. I mean, the male preview for it, the strap actually just cuts off and floats mid-air where the breast is on the female preview.

I want these things: I tried finding some images that I would be able to link but it was difficult. Here's a link to google images: CLICK, there plenty of pictures to start out with where people are wearing proper school backpacks.

To start off with the colors could be based off the colorfills we have, like dusk, field, twilight, cherry, etc. Or maybe some patterns to match these items: (dark floral) (light floral) (leopard print) (neon)

I would totally love some actual up-to-date normal looking backpacks. Why not some with wheels as well? I had some like this as a kid. Click Click Click Click Click They have straps because they can also be worn on the back. I can imagine these sitting beside the avatar and the avatar holding the handle or fitting on the back in some way as well.

Not to hijack the thread, but I also had a lunchbox, because I never really cared for school food oxo I know a lot of these are y'know "kiddy" but I also know a lot of people that still take these to work with them. There really is a lack of nice regular backpacks, huh? It'd be great to have some, I'd definitely use them on HAs and they'd make good TC items too.

It might be fun to have some winged backpacks like this CLICK Way cool. The Clawsion Backpack has wings in the item image, but not the wearable?

Lunchboxes and rolling backpacks would also be nice (I had one as a kid too, books are heavy!) Or rolling suitcases and other luggage, something like the Not A Gym Bag in more colors?

I don't mind holding some backpacks like and but I guess, it really depends on the style of back pack itself...

Also, I would really love to have a backpack that is only slung on the one shoulder

I also think that backpacks being worn "over" the one shoulder would create an opportunity for staff artists to create another item with differing arm poses /as the fabric of the bag could be enough to cover the base arm and draw up a new pose over/with the backpack...maybe? just a thought

I would love some nice backpacks. I don't mind just straight colour fills but a backpack for day to day wear or one you might wear to school would be fun!

But seriously, revamping the existing backpacks and adding some duffle bags & rolling suitcases would be great. Just some solid-colored ones in a nice range of hues would be plenty.

even before my uber hiatus, i remembered that i wanted to have my avatar look similar to Ness from EarthBound, but all the backpacks that were available at the time all were cutesy subeta pet backpacks. it seems like the variety hasn't been bumped up since my gigapause of sorts either. i do agree it would be awesome if there were more backpacks.

Well we got the new food backpacks... They're nice and all... but honestly they're very niche and not versatile? And once again in the hand?

When can we get some regular versatile backpacks on the avatar's back? :( Like when can I finally put a twin of on my back?

I think maybe in late summer when the back to school ads start, that would be a great time to release some :P

We definitely need some more 'normal' looking backpacks actually on our HA's back! Maybe even on one shoulder (you'd never wear it on both shoulders at the school I went to :P) so you could see more of the shape than if it was just straight on the back.
