Pokémon Bank between March 3 and October 31, 2016!
Starting March 3
Players who access their Pokémon Bank between March 3 and October 31, 2016, will receive a Regirock, Regice, and Registeel that each possesses a Hidden Ability! These three Pokémon can be received using the Pokémon Link function in the Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire game that was used to access your Pokémon Bank. Note that Pokémon Bank requires an annual membership fee of $4.99.
You can get the Pokémon trio by selecting the Pokémon Link option from the menu screen of your Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire game. Once you&;ve received the Pokémon in Pokémon Bank, select Pokémon Link and the three Pokémon will be sent to a Box in your game. The three Pokémon will be sent one at a time from Pokémon Bank. Note that you can receive these Pokémon only once per Pokémon Bank account, even if you have multiple copies of Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
Each of the three Pokémon that you receive has a Hidden Ability, a trait they do not possess when found in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. This is your first chance to get these Pokémon with their Hidden Abilities, so don&;t miss this opportunity!

I have gotten my email, they are singular one use codes generated per user so it might take a while for everyone to get theirs. Like when subeta gives away stuff depending on your user ID it how long it could take to get to you. (I assume)
I got a email one day and then another email the next day, apparently I forgot my log in sometime ago and made a new account >.< different emails. Didn't even realize this till I checked the email they were sent to.

So apparently the Legendary Birds went out on May 3rd or 1-2 days after, and several people who signed up correctly (opted in and everything) didn't get the newsletter, for whatever reason. Additionally, some people who had older existing sign ups were apparently opted out of newsletters because they didn't respond to an email with an active opt-in sometime last year/year before.
Unfortunately the bad news is support isn't doing jack about it, and will not reissue any kind of codes/newsletters.
It's all over the Reddit thread about the giveaway, hard to judge exactly how wide-spread but seems to be a decent number of people.
Just a heads up for anyone else still waiting for theirs: it ain't coming. Fortunately they were just kind of a bonus for me (I think I have at least 1 from my most current game) but still kinda bummer-y.
I still have Mew codes which are still good untill May 31.

That's terrible... I know they probably don't have anyway to just get it to those who didn't get it without just re-distributing then to everyone... But I don't see a issue with that because those that used the codes wouldn't be able to use them again. They should fix it somehow... It's not right. There's such hype this year for them for many reasons right now...

If you are subscribed to Pokemon Newsletter you should get a e-mail titled "Start The Summer With Manaphy!" for the month and it'll have a "Did You Miss Out One Getting Mew In February?" section with a code to redeem.
ONLY European and Australian players are able to grab a Mew by entering the code "MEW2016" in 'Get Via Code' section.
Thanks so much for the info! My newsletter didn't have a code in it, but I googled it and found that players in the PAL regions can get Mew using the code MEW2016 - so I finally have Mew as well! ^__^
