Looks like the hair on the only in black (and without a skull attached to it, obvs). Or any wig that is somewhat wavy, falls to the neck/shoulders and has no bangs but frames the face? I have a lot of black wigs but nothing seems right, and there are probably ten thousand CWs that I don't know about.

Ah, thank you for your help! Unfortunately those are all too long and/or too feminine (this is for a guy, and not the type of guy who would wear bows in his hair lol).

And yes, that's Chef Haru! I'm so pleased someone recognized him before I got around to changing my outfit! XD
