Its in the Recycle Beast shop for 30k points! So you could just save up on RB points instead of sP -- not sure what the conversion rate for the points are unfortunately, sorry! Subetalodge estimates it at around 30 mil, though.

...I completely forgot about that, and I just checked and I apparently started on recycle points at some point. xD;
