hello! i'm planning on opening up user profile commissions but don't have any examples besides my own, which is still actually kind of a wip haha... i was going to open shop anyway and give the first buyer 50% off as an incentive so i could get another live example out quick, but i decided i'd just do a freebie instead. my style is visually pretty clean and minimalistic but can include most of the bells and whistles you'd see on the average profile.

here are some of the things i'm able to offer/work with:

– multi or single column

• scrolling/nonscrolling – hover – anchor links – pet/link text buttons
• image/repeating/gradient bgs (please provide unless gradient) – "animated" gradient background – transparent images

let me know if you need me to clarify anything on this list, and feel free to ask about something that's not on it! i'm still learning some stuff as i go along. i'm also happy to explain any parts of the code and point out what/how to edit if you want to tweak the color or position of something later.

it'd make it a lot easier on me if you request a profile with a clear idea of what you're looking for and save me the design trouble, but i understand if you're not 100% certain how you'd like it to look. just give me as much detail as possible! number and position of columns, scrolling or nonscrolling (this means the page, not the text box(es), just to be clear), colors, borders, images, links, sections you're planning on including on your profile and where you're planning on putting them, etc etc. make sure you have permission to use art/images. i'm not providing a form for this freebie since i'm still figuring out how i want it to look, so you can just organize it into one yourself or dump all the info into one big paragraph, i don't mind either way.

i've also asked a few other people looking for profiles if they'd like a simple one from me, but if i don't get a response i might open up another slot so i can have three live examples total. for now, it's first come first serve! if you have any questions just lmk :3

i'm not sure i'm offering the kind of profile you're looking for – i don't really use graphics on my profiles, so the only images i work with are transparent imgs that sit next to/in the text boxes or in the background. your image is a solid one so it'd be difficult to work it into my profile design style. i'm sorry if this wasn't clear in my first explanation D:

alright, i can try! do you mind answering a few questions just so i can aim for something you'd like?:

• do you have any favorite fandoms/characters/anything really (for example, there's media i enjoy but i also love plants so i stuck a plant pixel on my profile) so i could maybe look for transparent art/images to use on your profile? otherwise, your profile won't have any images. it'll still look more simplistic and won't look like the graphics at the top of your current profile, but it might be better than nothing.

• did you have any colors in mind for the profile? (i'll probably try to coordinate with the image if there is one, but i'll also take your color preference into consideration)

• when you said one column + separate place for HA/pets and hover comment, did you want the HA/pets NOT in the primary column but to one side? or do you want them all stacked vertically, but not take up the same column? or do you maybe want something like, one primary column that can switch between info etc / HA + pets, and then a hover comment box below (or to the side)? i know it can be hard to describe the layout but hopefully this question makes sense haha;;

• (also, when you said "separate place for pets/HA", did you mean a separate place for EACH or one separate section that includes both?)

Anything Vocaloid or Hatsune Miku would be amazing I also like Attack on Titan or possibly pokemon like charizard or houndoom/pokeballs (Or music themed even like a sound bar image or something to do with electronic dance music )

My favorite colors are blue and green but something matching the images if other colors is fine as well (I love neon on black)

ok, so i got really excited about this and went on like a 6-hour coding binge late last night before i told myself i had to actually sleep haha... it took a lot of time to code because the way subeta profiles are set up creates a TON of roadblocks that i had to get around by using some kinda hack css, so although the layout is fairly simple in appearance, there's a lot of work behind it. you can still customize some stuff, but it'd probably be better to ask me about it first so you don't risk messing up something important.

i'm currently using it as my profile, so you can check it out and let me know if there are any minor changes you want made. my screen is very small, so the whole thing might need to be shifted down and to the right a bit – just let me know. i will also need to adjust the first "info" section a bit depending on what you want to include (i saw you had options, shops/galleries, and wishlist on your current profile but idk if you want more). also, unfortunately you can't have the page generate random wishlist items due to some roundabout coding i had to do to be able to switch between the info/pets/HA sections, so if you want the wishlist on the page you'll have to pick two items you want most to show (the "full wishlist" link will still be there so it isn't too bad of a setback).

once i get this info from you, i'll be able to tie up the loose ends and give you all the codes. thanks again for your patience ^_^;

this profile might not be your style at all (i know it's a lot more ~cutesy than your current one and not very much like the first image you gave me to work with) and i totally understand if that's the case. i would really appreciate it if you used it as your profile for maybe like 2-3 weeks at least, just until i get my shop open and finish some commissions that i can use as examples, BUT you're under no obligation to use it if you don't like it!

oh great! ^u^ then i'll just need a few more things from you so that it'll work smoothly once you transfer the code over to your profile (sorry for the hassle!!)

i did intend for the pixel to overlap the content box a bit, but all the content should be visible if you scroll down, so the pixel doesn't end up blocking it. i can definitely scoot the pixel over to the left though so it won't overlap so much! (take a look at my profile again – i just moved it over 17px, but i can move it even further if you want, even all the way off the content box.)

what i was originally asking regarding shifting things over, is if the entire content box/comment box/pixel/buttons needed to be moved to the right and down. if your screen is much bigger than mine, it might look like there's too much empty space on the bottom or right side of the screen. maybe if you take a screencap of what it looks like on your screen and upload to imgur, i can check myself? OR if you think it looks fine as is i'll just leave that part of the code alone. c:

before you add in the actual code, you're going to need to set everything up first so that it'll appear in the correct place. let me know when you've finished these steps and updated your profile so i can give you the final code:

1. remove your current profile layout coding.

2. go to edit your profile. move all content out of columns 2 and 3. then add ONLY the "Comment" content to column 2, and ONLY the "Profile" content to column 3. edit the comment section so that the title says "Comment ?" (if the music note doesn't show up, change it to &# 9834; without the space instead) and edit the profile section so that the title is blank.

3. in column 1, add two "Blank Section"s to the top of the column. then add whatever content you want below it. make sure that the "Pets" content is second to last and the "Human Avatar" content is last. edit all of the content to what you'd like it to be on your actual profile (i.e. choose titles for all the sections, set the number of wishlist items you want to show and how many per row, choose whether you want pet headshots or full images, choose if you want to show all items on your HA and if so how many per row, etc).

4. if you want a "Wishlist" section, tell me the names of the items you want to show. i will need to add in the images manually because they won't generate randomly. (also, please note that if you have a "Basic Userinfo" section, it won't be able to update when you were last seen.)

sorry again for all hassle – the way subeta user profiles are set up makes the coding a bit complex and difficult if you don't follow the steps carefully.

Will get to changing my profile and set it as you have listed. For the wishlist you can just put 1 week GA medal and 100 Cash shop gift card as the two items.

good news! i made some changes to the profile to avoid some of the complex code i was talking about before. the content should all work properly this way, too (including the wishlist). you can go ahead and delete one of the blank sections i had you add; you won't need it now.

here are the last steps to install the profile:

1. after you delete one of the blank sections, move the other blank section below your shops section. after you save the order, edit the section. delete the title and add this to the content:

2. edit the title of the comment box to this: "Comment &# 9834;" but remove the space between the # and the 9. (the "&# 9834;" will make the little music note, but if you want it to be titled something different, you can change it to whatever you want.)

3. edit the profile section and delete the title. then copy and paste this code into the content section.

after that the profile should be working smoothly. if not, let me know and i'll check it out. thanks again for your patience getting this profile done. c:

Looks like one small problem has happened

The pets wont scroll and they overlap into the avatar section for some reason looks great besides that It might because I have a lot of pets

whoops, looks like one small part of code needs to be tweaked. go here to edit your profile, delete the code and hit Submit Your Profile, and then paste in the revised code and hit submit again. it should work after that.

also, you can remove the quotation marks from the title of your comment box if you want (; sometimes the " " is important in the code but in this case it was just to show you what to title it.
