I just got two hair coupons and I have tried redeeming them a few times and itll say " You have unlocked yadda yadda you can now use it in the hair salon!" But once I go back to my inventory the coupons are still there and hair of course wont save in the hair salon.

Are they showing in your hair salon, though? You may have already redeemed them. I just tested this a bit and it seems like it tells you the item was added even if you already have it in there (and then the item stays in your inventory). I'll check with a programmer about giving an error so it doesn't make it look like it was redeemed again!
