I'm going through an orc phase and I don't really know of anything off the top of my head. A search with the phrase 'orc' got me a bunch of sorcerer stuff.

Other than those possibly the lifelike kumos or telenine dolls? They come in a variety of colours click for Kumos and click for Telenine. Although the Telenines may be a bit big.

They can be custom wearables, they just need to be obtainable. :V That cuddle buddy is super cute though...

Ah Well, the only ones that come to mind that are custom wearables aren't being sold, as far as I know. Which is a shame because I really love wolves.
