I have 13 events and for some reason the counter says I have 0. Not that big of a deal really, but it's rather odd.

if I had to guess, they fixed the pusher issue, which resulted in the count being wrong. if the pusher lag is fixed and there's no way to fix the counter, I'll gladly take the counter showing 0

I just got an event from your ping and it showed 1, though it didn't pop up in real time. Still, I'll gladly take that over pusher any day lol

it resets to zero upon refresh though.

so I'm talking to Amber and she lead me to believe that was fixed, but then she clarified it was the 504s that might be fixed. but the lag from pusher does seem to be gone right now and I know pusher handles the live events... so I thought it may be related.

[-Guru] it might not be a complete fix or they could still be working it out, but that's just what she told me. she said there would be a post from either Keith or Grace soon on one of the threads about it. we'll just have to see.

the 0 event counter is kinda annoying after awhile, it's hard to tell if I have new events or if I haven't deleted my old ones x)

Whatever the issue is, it's effecting the battledome in a serious way. Huge lag.

I noticed the same issue with events.

Ive had that counter happen to me as well, but I didn't think much of it, with the 502/504's issue happening.

I have the same issue with events. It also doesn't alert me when I get a new event...

That's super confusing, I didn't know I had any events.

I encountered the same issue when I logged in this evening. My event counter currently reads -1

Ooh I was scared it was just my computer lagging so bad that I was seeing the wrong thing. Then when I refreshed it was set to -1 and doesn't alert me to anything even though I've getting pinged ahha.

EDIT: nope, definitey not. Just realized I had 8 events but tab stubbornly says 0.

Events aren't even working for me right now. I never got an alert that I got a comment last night or any event alerts and other events aren't coming through. Events are 100% broken for me. I'm also seeing the 0.

Yes, this seems to still be broke. I did get an even number show up..but didn't see the actual event..and when I deleted it..I went into the negatives...

I'll just keep checking my events regardless..but still..worth mentioning :)

I'm having the same problem. My events tab says zero even when I have events. The counter is usually how I know I have events, so it's been weird to have it at zero
