Have been waiting for days for a bite in foot rash. Seems no one is available to bite anymore. Will i still get this skin?

Yeah it takes 3+ days to get infected without getting bitten. I'm not 100% sure if it will continue to develop if the event ends and you aren't yet infected, but I am going to guess either you will be infected by then, or it will still develop once the holiday is over.
