Ok so before wardrobe went beta, I obtained the Experiment 0507 skin. Now, It's coming up as locked in my skins yet it still shows on my HA every time I save an outfit. Help! I love the skin but I'm just ready to look different :(

it's okay, most times you should file a bug report instead but I think this issue will be solved by filing a ticket. the skin probably shouldn't show up as locked and they can unlock it for you. they might have to reset your HA too, not sure. wardrobe stuff isn't really my expertise :P

ok thats a relief. I really didn't want to lose the skin I mean after 2 or 3 years of it being on my HA, I've grown fond of it ❤️ But maybe looking like the demonic muse of satan is a phase I'm ready to move on from lol.....maybe...

yeah they may be able to manually unlock it. let me know how it turns out :)

I'm finally free of experiment 0507! After they unlocked the skin for me, I tried removing the skin and saving and that still didn't work so it turns out they had to clear hexes off my HA. Free at last!

so they unlocked it for you and got everything fixed? that's great news :)
