PayPal - Security Key not supported

Tried to buy CSC because I wanted those items, found out that I can't unless I take the two-step authentication off my account - it tells me Security Key is not supported, please try again (like that's going to help :v). My login information is correct. I went and logged into the site just to make sure.
Are you on your phone? A quick google search tells me that this is a paypal issue. I would try through something other than your phone or if you are trying a particular browser and it is not working, then try another.

Nope. Browser, Chrome. Tried on my tablet and on my desktop - same error. I was only interested in buying CSC for the weekend items, which are gone now, so it's sort of a moot point anyway.
You may want to file a ticket. You may still be able to get the items if you explain the situation.

It's not that big of a deal. I'm more concerned about the fact that this is still happening across all browsers and platforms that I have - I just tried again on my desktop, on Firefox and again on Chrome, and received the same error. Security key is not supported. I'm sure it's not a huge issue for most people because they don't have two-step authentication, but I do.
Yeah unfortunately we can't fix that on our end. That is paypal's issue and from what I have read, the 2 step they have is really flawed and doesn't work with a lot of sites.
