Why I can't bite someone,the button is always gray? :(

Those people are looking for a different virus. The button will look more like the kiss button if they're asking for your virus :)

What does it say when you go to the VIP page? Does it say you are infection specialists? It may be that for some reason, your skin is no longer being recognized as a spreadable infection. Or, you could have been re-infected without knowing (as some people have been)...

that happened to me too! i got the alert that my infection was complete but when i tried to bite someone who was eligible it didn't work. (i've changed out of that skin since.)

I haven't changed my skin and received the alert that I've reached the final stage. I checked the VIP page and Gunner also says that I - like a few people here - can start biting. But I can't bite anyone, including those that wanted my virus (bloom doom): "Your bites won't infect anyone!", it says.

Wonder if it's a bug or just a simple mistake somewhere...

Out of curiosity what happens for the people who signed up for 2016 viruses before the fix?

why was I able to bite people yesterday? I had doom bloom and I got 89 bites in where I finished up my achievement. is this only something that affected certain people?
