My avatar has been like that since the werewolf skin came out. I thought maybe it had to do with the new wardrobe, but it still hasn't changed. I have tried to "remove Skin", but again no luck. I'm so disappointed I can't show off my new wardrobe. What can I do?

Have you removed the skin and saved your avatar after? I'm pretty sure you need to save your avatar after you remove the skin or it will keep wearing it. If that doesn't fix it after a bit, then I'd file a ticket.
