Hi guys, I'm yet again searching for an artist, this time to work with on a Sailor Moon tribute dress.

It will be based off of Serenity's princess gown. Most specifically this drawing of it: [click]

I would really like to work with someone for a hi-low version of this dress. I have a few changes in mind already that I would like to stick with including changes to the sleeves, bodice/neckline, and a few minor changes to make it an acceptable tribute item. I already have references of the original ready to send as well as photos of what I want some of the changes to be based off of. If I decide to work with you and you find a different version of my idea would be better suited for an HA or Subeta styled art, we will discuss this. c:
