Ok So I'm in a profile craze, got super fed up with my old 4 year profile ( I used to code a lot and got it to be perfect!) now I'm so lost it's been so long and I can't figure this out no matter where I look on here! (and I've looked everywhere man)

Ok So I want to create a moving comment box. (the type where you hover over an image that maybe says comment and the box scrolls down smoothly or appears when you hover over it/click it to comment.

I also want to make custom buttons that I drew that say home, wish list, friend me, and mail me. And position them to the right of the speech bubble on my page. Now, how do I go about doing this witch craft?? I'm terribly lost ah. @
