i keep getting this when trying to save, but i don't have too many items. i have 6/8. :/ and when i try again i just get "save failed". i've remade this avatar twice because of this, which is irritating because it is a loaded one.

what's going on?

I think the max is 5 no matter what the numbers say, I was having this issue as well.

ah, that really needs to be fixed then.. :/ not 100% i got charged for buying the extra layers, but if so then i should get that sp back, as well.

Pretty sure it charges. It tells you something like "one of your extra layers has been extended" but still adds a number to your total. Oh, GAs might change the possible total, in case anyone is looking into this.

I have had this issue. I have bought the extra face layers I needed...I think I am allowed to have up to 9 if I am not mistaken, and it sure likes to take my sP but not give me the layers I paid for. I like to use a lot of layers on my face, and yet I can not if this is glitched out.

I'm pretty sure it does just extend the layers if you buy more than 3, but since they last for 6 months it's a long wait to find out

I'm not currently a gold account, but here's what it says on the wardrobe purchases page:

"You can purchase more layers here. Choose the layer, and click the 'do it' button. You can only have 3 extra per layer, though, and they last for 6 months."

If I try to buy slots over the max of 5 that it shows for that layer, I get this message: "You've updated one of your slots to 31 days! Remember that you can only have a maximum of 3 extra slots per layer, so you might want to choose a different layer next time!"

Refreshing shows the max number of layers reset to #/5, instead of what it was immediately after purchase.

It doesn't say which slot, or for what layer. And it took 80k from me. The number of slots per layer did not change (I compared two lists), and that message that it updates to 31 days is inconsistent with the fact that the same page says each purchase lasts 6 months.

It would be nice if it would show when the purchases expire, so we know it isn't just eating our sP (because if I have all layers maxed out, -and- the time is maxed at 6 months, where does it go?)
