Only the original 1-151, but you can't use Mew/Mewtwo and you can't use any held items. I like that they kept the spirit of Generation 1 where held items weren't a thing yet.

There's a battle limit of 50,000 contestants and qualified participants can get a Dragonite inspired by Lance from the Original Red/Blue games:

Dragonite Lv. 62 OT: Lance Ability: Inner Focus Moves: Agility, Barrier, Slam, Hyper Beam

To qualify you have to earn a place in the ranking by battling at least 3 times.

I don't usually participate in the competitions but I may partake in this one.
