I just wanted to say that subeta is the best virtual pet site! I used to be a hardcore neopets player now I just go there to do dailies(and I never win anything)! And there's reasons why I like subeta better. Subeta staff is always here, they talk to us, listen to our ideas and change things. For example, the more pet slots thing happened not long after I asked for it, when I first came here from neo. Thank you guys for being so awesome.
The people who use subeta are all very kind and generous. I have been gifted so much, just for posting a forum mentioning something I want. It's more like a community here whereas on Neopets you're just another "customer".
It's easy to earn sp! Questing is so easy and they give out generous rewards. You can even sell art! (by the way my art shop is open ^^). On Neopets if you have a slow computer you can kiss restocking goodbye, you either need to play 5 hours of games everyday to make money or you never make money and your dreams slip away.
And the icing on the cake was today. I cheered for the team like twice and we didn't win. So I was expecting to receive maybe a crumby item at the most. But I clicked the link in the news and my jaw dropped in disbelief as I saw I got another pet slot!!! Thank you so much subeta! Thank you, please please please never ever sell the site! After neopets got sold, it became a business not a game, I hope subeta stays this way forever!

Agreed. The Team has gotten a lot of flack lately. I think they need a little love!
Way to go staff! I appreciate how you try your hardest to appease most of the population here and do take time to listen to our feedback. I am more inclined to stay loyal when I don't feel like just another user here. Kudos!
Totally agree. The Neopets staff is extremely unfriendly and seems like they don't want to help with automatic unfitting responses. They haven't responded to my ticket in 2 years.
The Subeta community is very nice too. Sending gifts when you have a bad time, it can really make a difference that someone cares. I really appreciate it. There's barely ever a troublemaker on the forums as well.
Even the Subeta team sends gifts and kind words via NPCs, it's truly amazing. I'm kinda glad that Neopets acts like I don't have an 8 y/o account there lol.
On another note, I really enjoy that this site also offers an avatar to dress up. It really makes Subeta stand out alongside great 'customer service'.
I did leave the site a year ago for stupid reasons and deleted my account. I was really surprised that I could get my account back with one click. I did lose a lot of "progress" but the site or the players doesn't make you feel inferior in any way.

I really can't believe how much of an improvement subeta is to neopets, as a long time neo and getting-up-there-in-age subeta player. I go back to neo occasionally and I just can't even after five minutes.
Subeta feels like a community, with interesting and goal-driven events, beautiful pet art, endless avatar customization, and great customer service. Not to mention a whole host of other things that I genuinely appreciate about subeta. So, yay staff! :D
