I think your art could go for 20-30m per a character. The lower end if the are flat colour, higher end for cell shaded.

I'd also say you should go with a minimum of 20 mil. Your art is awesome, I need to get some monnies so I might be able to commission you when you have your shop opened ^-^ (super poor rn xD)
