I hope this is the right location for this. I've asked but haven't had a reply and I could really use some info on this. Yesterday while I was doing some questing the site began to behave very strangely. I had severe lag and constant loading circles before I received the normal message saying something had happened at the Subeta servers end of things. This did not worry me. I simply refreshed and tried again. But I couldn't complete the Library Quest. I would by the item, get the error page and find the item in my inventory. When I tried to hand the item over, it vanished from my inventory but the quest did not complete. I kept trying but no change. It was after I quit the quest and checked my inventory again that I realised something more had occurred. Some very kind anonymous player sent me a gift yesterday. Thank you whoever you are. ^_^ But now three of items are missing. They were in my Inventory and are still recorded on my gift list but I can't find them. They, like the quest item, seem to have vanished. I'm currently using the latest edition of Firefox and I was playing between 2 and 4pm Subeta time. I was doing the Library Quests when the problem occurred. The other quests had been slow but no items had vanished up until that point. Can anyone advise me on this matter? Should I file a ticket? Has anyone else had this issue? Please do let me know.
